So we had a really big scare last month with our crested gecko. Our cats broke into one of their tanks & they got ahold of him. He lost his tail and got some puncture wounds. We’ve been watching him so closely, cleaning him with betaine, and keeping him clean. And here we are a month later and he’s still kicking it. Eating & using the bathroom just fine. We got so lucky! 🙏🏼 first picture in his hospital tank & the second picture is him now 🦎 if this ever happens to you, act fast! Take out all plants and dirt, get them on paper towel right away and make sure you always have Betadine on hand. I truly believe that us acting fast saved his life!
