Just another day in Oklahoma 😱

This wild boar was trying to get to our sow pen with piglets.
He will kill all the piglets so our sows come back into heat and he can breed them!!
Glad we got him!
Now to get the other 6-7 that were with him😡😡

Storm was raging outside yesterday so i stayed indoors most of the day.
But I get stir-crazy….so I made candles!
Conveniently the power went out so they were useful 🤣🤣

Our barn cat Pepper had her kittens up in the flooring of the loft.
I was finally able to get them all out and moved to the shop office!

She has two solid black, one tuxedo and a little siamese/white one!
I think they are all boys?? Hard to tell when so little…the white might be a female😊
Anyone need a mouser?❤️🤣

**Well….editing to say we found another little tuxedo one!
We heard it meowing this morning!❤️

A reminder to check your HVAC filters after this dust storm and fires!

We change our filters the first of every month-and this is the result after just two weeks! 😱😱😱

Update: We lost everything. Our home, barns, rabbits, all other animals other than two goats and one dog. Please keep us in your prayers.

We are safe. We are unsure about our property or livestock. We weren’t home when the fire started and weren’t allowed home to evacuate livestock.

Pebbles gave us a litter of piglets too! So many new babies on the farm!

We also have an older litter with
2 kune kune boar piglets weaned and ready for new farms!

My amazing Maremma mama and all 8 of her pups!
They are now eight weeks old and
All have been around chickens since birth.
They have graduated to training full time on the rest of the farm.
So proud of this litter! ❤️
Ready to guard their own farms next month.

Put labels on the FRONT of your jars, not just the lids…..

Don’t store the brown sugar (that you like to put in your coffee occasionally) next to the GARLIC POWDER 🤪🤪🤪
