Here at D and D Kennel we do require pets to have current proof of vaccinations. We do need to keep a copy of your pet's current vaccination record including rabies certificate on file as well as a copy of their license. There is an owner and pet information form, an emergency contact form, and boarding contracts (small pet, cat, and dog). There is also a medication form (to fill out if your pet is on any kind of medication, supplement, and or vitamins - if none, the medication form does not need to be filled out).

We also need to have an up-to-date copy of each pet's vaccination record, including rabies certificate (the actual certificate rather than an invoice or reminder type document). If you do not have a copy you can ask your veterinarian to send over a copy for you [email protected]

After forms are submitted you will be contacted regarding reservation confirmation, if we are booked, or with any questions or concerns we may have regarding your form submission.

If you have not received an email regarding your form submission it may not have gone through or the email may have been filtered out by your email spam settings. Please email us at [email protected] if there are questions about form submissions. Thank you.

Up to date vaccination records including rabies certificates can be emailed to [email protected] by you or your veterinarian.

On the submit forms online page you can submit all paperwork, which allows for an express check in. Fill out an submit the owner and pet information form, emergency contact form, medication form, and boarding contracts all on our website.

Great opportunity for high school and college students looking to gain experience in the agricultural field

* Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM *

- Working with dogs and cats on a daily basis.

- This is primarily a cleaning position. This position is not to play with animals.

- Customer service will be a part of the position as well, both in person and over the phone.

Are you waiting for a confirmation for your boarding request?

Please take the following into consideration:
- Boarding confirmations are sent out by e-mail so please check your email (rather than voicemail or text messages). If you do not see an email in your inbox please check your spam folder as it may have gone into spam by mistake depending on your spam filter settings. We have heard of confirmation emails going into the spam folder even if you have received confirmations from us in the past or sent and recieved emails from us in the past.

- Please make sure your email is correctly typed into the form as this is the email your confirmation, or any questions or concerns about your boarding request will be directed to.

- Please take note boarding conformations are not send out automatically once the form is submitted. An actual person reviews each form, checks for availability, schedules your pet's appointment, as well as gets back to you with any questions or concerns (if any). If there is a grooming request the groomer is consulted to ensure that there is a grooming appointment available, consults regarding what the grooming request is and lets you know if the groomer has any questions regarding your desired grooming request, and asks the groomer for a price estimate to get back to you with. Then confirms your appointment.
