Is your Golden Retriever over 6 years old?

Goldens are at higher risk for cancer than many other breeds. The Nu.Q blood test can help detect cancer early—when it’s most treatable.

Ask us about cancer screening at your next visit, or call 606-928-6566 to schedule your dog’s Nu.Q test.

Litter of the week!
As one of GAMC’s public service initiatives, we run the Momma Cat Program. The goal of this program is to reduce abortion spays and to help control feral and outdoor cat populations. Healthy kittens between 6 and 8 weeks are eligible for the program. Clients pay for the spay of the mother cat to prevent future pregnancies and the kittens are spayed or neutered, dewormed, and vaccinated at our cost. The kittens are then put up for adoption in our retail area for a fee of $55 to help insure good homes. Come visit them during our business hours or call to inquire about a meet and greet!
These three charming orange boys were the first litter of kittens we took in this kitten season! They have extremely unique personalities, and are all very sweet. They entered the program very timid as a litter of four with their sister. Since then, they have become very friendly and amiable. The female kitten was adopted, but the three boys are still in need of a good home. They definitely possess the chaotic energy that orange cats are famous for, but also spend a significant portion of their day napping and being cuddly.
