Just an FYI on access to A Dog's Night Inn this coming week, there are signs posted that Dana Road will be closed on 6/9 and Upward Road will be closed on 6/10 in addition to the repaving of Upward Rd.

UPDATE AS OF SATURDAY EVENING- We are still just outside of the green zone and safe and with the weather finally going to be sending some much needed rain on Sun & Mon, we are praying that the fires will soon be contained.

We have had quite a few people asking if we are evacuating and as of last night, we are still out of the “zone one or green zone” which means get ready or be prepared. We promise all of the dogs in our care are safe and yes, we do have evacuation plans if it comes to that and of course, everyone would be notified ! We do have staff that are on the premises 24/7. Thankfully we are safe at this time !! We are limiting outdoor time to just potty breaks due to the poor air quality but the dogs are quite happy and thank goodness are oblivious to what is going on around our area. Everyone please stay safe and know that we will stay strong and vigilant together 🙏🏼🐾🙏🏼

As a courtesy to all pet parents, we want to share that the microchip company Save This Life has shut down without notice, making their database inaccessible. If your pet was registered with them, their microchip will NOT help reunite you if they go missing.

⚠️ Check your pet’s microchip! If it starts with 991 or 900164, it was likely registered with Save This Life, and you’ll need to re-register it with a new database ASAP.

🐾 Foothills Humane Society uses 24PetWatch microchips, and their database is NOT affected. 🐾
