Allisonville Animal Hospital Veterinarian Allisonville Animal Hospital was established in 1957 by Dr. Everett Fleming (OSU ’55).

It is one of the oldest, most respected names in veterinary care in Indianapolis and the surrounding area. In 1976, Dr. James Ward was hired as an associate and eventually bought the practice upon Dr. Fleming’s retirement in 1989. The practice and Dr. Ward owe a great debt to Dr. Fleming for the solid foundation he established and for the great depth of knowledge he shared. Now, more than 50 years

later, Allisonville Animal Hospital has a modern, 6,400-square-foot, spacious, full-service veterinary clinic.

Welcome, Dr. Riccitelli!

We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Riccitelli to our team! A Fishers, Indiana native, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Miami University in Ohio before going on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Purdue University in 2022.

Dr. Riccitelli has a special interest in soft tissue surgery and dermatology, and we are excited for our clients and patients to benefit from her knowledge and compassionate care.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys scuba diving, reading, and spending time with family and friends. She also has a Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever mix named Nasa, who loves playing fetch, being a lap dog, and never misses a meal!

Please join us in giving Dr. Riccitelli a warm welcome—we’re so excited to have her on board!

Bingo is a very playful and energetic boy! He loves to chase and wrestle with his brother. He is very curious and loves exploring everything around him!

Bongo (black and white tuxedo)
Bongo is a bit of a runt compared to his brother, but with his love of mealtime, he is sure to catch up in no time! Bongo is happiest with a full belly, sitting on his human’s lap.

MEET OUR NEW GROOMER, ZOE!! 🐶✂️ Zoe lives here in Fishers, but grew up down south in Texas. She has a fine arts degree and passion for animals of all kinds, and has been blending the two worlds through grooming since 2018. She employs fear free techniques and has a passion for combining comfort and aesthetics, ensuring your pup is both as happy and as cute as can be!

When not grooming, Zoe is busy chasing her toddler around or cuddling with her two rescue pups, Thumper and Meadow, two cats, Denali and F***g, or her blue tongued skink, Randall! You can also find her teaching painting classes or curled up reading a fantasy novel.
