🐾 Meet Emerson 🐾

If the shelter had a "Most Likely to Be Everyone's Best Friend" award, Emerson would win it paws down. 💛

This handsome buff tabby is about 2 years old and has completely mastered the art of stealing hearts. Volunteers adore him, visitors love him, and the other cats think he's pretty great too.

But life wasn't always so easy for Emerson.

About a year ago, he was found as a stray on the streets of Indianapolis. After plenty of good meals, lots of love, and some much-needed dental care, Emerson has blossomed into the sweet, affectionate gentleman he is today. His teeth are now purrfect, though he'll happily tell you that all that recovery canned food may have spoiled him just a little. 😹

These days, Emerson's favorite things include:
✨ Making new friends
✨ Getting attention from anyone willing to give it
✨ Hanging out with other cats
✨ Snuggling
✨ Pâté (seriously, he LOVES pâté)

Emerson is the kind of cat who doesn't need much convincing to love you. Give him a few pets, and he'll be your loyal companion for life. He's gentle, easygoing, and ready to trade shelter life for a cozy home, a soft bed, and a family to call his own.

🐾 Meet Dimitri 🐾

Some cats walk right up and ask for attention. Others quietly sit back, watch the room, and wait for someone special to notice them.

Dimitri is one of those cats. ❤️

At almost 2 years old, this handsome black-and-white "cow kitty" has been through a lot. He was found searching for food outdoors before a kind volunteer brought him to safety. Understandably, it took him some time to trust people and settle into shelter life.

These days, Dimitri can often be found perched on a cat tree, keeping watch over the world outside like the dedicated guard kitty he was born to be. He loves the company of other cats (especially his friend Mama Cass!) and would be thrilled to have a feline buddy in his future home.

Dimitri is still a little shy when meeting new people, so he'll need a family willing to give him the time and patience he deserves. But once he feels safe? That's when his sweet, affectionate personality begins to shine.

The best things in life are often worth waiting for, and Dimitri is no exception. 🖤🤍

This sweet one-year-old brown tabby was found as a stray and brought to the shelter, where she's still learning that she's safe. All the new sounds, sights, and unfamiliar faces can feel overwhelming, so Juju may be a little shy when you first meet her. Bella may be adjusting to a lot of changes right now, but underneath those curious eyes is a sweet, gentle girl who's ready to love again.

This beautiful one-year-old brown and white tabby came to the shelter with her sister, Cookie, after their family could no longer care for them. While they shared a home together, Bella isn't bonded to her sister and would be perfectly happy as your one and only feline queen—or with a few kitty companions to keep her company.

A little shy as she settles into new surroundings, Bella is discovering that life can still be full of comfort, play, and love. She enjoys chasing toys, stretching out for sunny afternoon catnaps, and keeping a watchful eye on the world from the safety of a cozy window perch. 🪟☀️🐦
