LOOKING FOR PART TIME BARN STAFF

We are looking for a part time barn staff member to work during weekdays and/or weekends.

Roughly 3 days per week.
Fairly flexible hours.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Stall cleaning and bedding
Raking and sweeping aisles
Graining horses
Turning horses in and out
Filling stall waters

Payment is per chore block.
Chore blocks are:
AM chores
Stalls
PM chores

Requirements:
You must have a true history in handling horses and be able to confidently do so in any kind of weather or situation.

We do hold staff accountable for every shift they are assigned to. However, we are kind and easy to work with.

Baby is here!!! A long legged, spicy little filly. Born on March 16th at 10:20pm. Mama did a perfect job! Baby is doing so well! 💜

Mama Buttercup had a "mama" cam in her stall so we can keep close tabs all night long.

Miss Buttercup really started bagging up about 7 days ago. Come on baby! We are ready for ya! ☺

Miss Buttercup sure has an active little foal in there! Everyone here at Angle Road Stables is anxiously awaiting the arrival!

We are excited to announce that we have our FIRST EVER mare in foal! Sweet Buttercup is due anytime after February 2nd (the pregnancy was a surprise on her own homestead so the due date is slightly unknown). We are so excited! Miss Buttercup will be enjoying stalling every night in our extra large foaling stall with extra bedding in our heated barn and daily turn out into her own private pen located next to all of her friends. We are so, so excited to meet her baby! Thank you McKenzie Dale for sharing your sweet Mama with us and letting us enjoy this experience with you!

We would be lost without our woodstove here! Currently 18 degrees outside but a nice and toasty 46 degrees in our barn 🙂

Today we were lucky enough to have Lindsay Nordick out to our stables for a barrel clinic. What a great learning opportunity for those who participated! We can't wait to have her back! Thanks again Lindsay!
