Recently I received a negative comment about my business. One of my clients was a no call/ no show multiple times. I declined to schedule them again.
While I understand scheduling conflicts and last minute changes, I do run a business. I am able to provide 1 on 1 service to my clients and pets to reduce your dogs anxiety and provide a quality professional grooming service.
My time is valuable and clients are important to me. Please call ahead of time if a situation presents itself and I will be happy to reschedule and hopefully fill the vacated appointment slot.
