EDIT- If you are paying your deposit via Venmo, please do not pay the full amount or I will have to charge additional fees to your total. Venmo takes out a fee to be able to transfer it. Thank you😊🐶

Due to an increasing number of last-minute cancellations and unpaid cancellation fees, we will now require deposits for all boarding and grooming appointments.
Grooming Appointments• A deposit equal to 50% of the estimated groom total is required to confirm your booking.• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment will receive a full refund.• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will receive 80% of the deposit refunded.• Cancellations made the day before or the day of the appointment will not receive a refund.
Boarding Reservations• A deposit equal to 50% of your boarding total is required to confirm your reservation.• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your reservation will receive a full refund.• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your reservation will receive 70% of the deposit refunded.• Cancellations made with less than 1 day notice will not receive a refund.
Deposits must be received before your booking can be confirmed. Payments can be made through Zelle, Venmo, or by dropping off cash.
We appreciate your understanding. Last-minute cancellations leave empty spots that could have been filled by other clients and affect our scheduling and staffing. Thank you for supporting our small business!

📌 DAYCARE & BOARDING HOURS 📌

We’ve had a lot of people asking about our hours recently, so we’re going to pin this post! 😊

🐾 Our preferred daycare hours are 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Monday through Friday unless other arrangements have been made with us in advance.

🐾 On Saturdays and Sundays, we open at 9:00 AM.

🐾 Boarding pick-ups will now end at 7:00 PM.

As many of you know, we live on-site and do our best to offer flexible hours whenever possible. However, with our little one getting older, maintaining a consistent routine for both the dogs and our son is important to our family.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support. We are grateful for the opportunity to provide extended hours and flexibility that many facilities are unable to offer, and we will continue doing our best to accommodate our clients whenever we can. ❤️
