📌 DAYCARE & BOARDING HOURS 📌

We’ve had a lot of people asking about our hours recently, so we’re going to pin this post! 😊

🐾 Our preferred daycare hours are 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Monday through Friday unless other arrangements have been made with us in advance.

🐾 On Saturdays and Sundays, we open at 9:00 AM.

🐾 Boarding pick-ups will now end at 7:00 PM.

As many of you know, we live on-site and do our best to offer flexible hours whenever possible. However, with our little one getting older, maintaining a consistent routine for both the dogs and our son is important to our family.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support. We are grateful for the opportunity to provide extended hours and flexibility that many facilities are unable to offer, and we will continue doing our best to accommodate our clients whenever we can. ❤️

All the little things that make dogs feel safe, happy, spoiled, and at home are INCLUDED here — because we truly treat every dog like family. ❤️

Snuggles, couch time, enrichment, outdoor play, sensory activities, comfy spaces, one-on-one attention, bedtime routines, photos/videos, extra potty breaks, kisses, and all the love they could want… that’s just part of staying here. 🐶

We live on site and spend our days with these dogs because we genuinely love them. This isn’t just a business to us — these pups become part of our family while they’re here. 🫶✨

I know cancellation fees can be frustrating, but I want people to understand why groomers implement them.

When a dog no-shows for their appointment, I don’t just “lose an hour.” I lose income I had scheduled for that day, while still paying staff who were specifically booked to help with that dog. Most of the time, with little to no notice, I can’t refill that spot either. That means we are essentially working for free.

Imagine showing up to your job and being told you’re not getting paid for part of your day because someone else decided not to show up. That’s exactly what happens to small businesses when appointments are missed without notice.

Cancellation fees aren’t meant to be rude or greedy — they’re there to protect small businesses, our staff, and our time. We truly appreciate everyone who respects our schedule and understands that this is how we make a living ❤️
