🎉 PENDING ADOPTION ALERT! 🎉

We are absolutely thrilled to share some amazing news! After waiting patiently since March, sweet Ginny officially has a pending adoption!

The best part? She is going to an incredible family of League for Animal Protection alumni! Her new parents have already provided a wonderful home to LAP/Two Wives. Saving Lives. rescues Annie and Oakley, which means Ginny is going to have two amazing sisters to show her the ropes.

There is nothing quite like seeing one of our long term rescues find the perfect match, especially with a family we already know and love. We are so incredibly happy for this kitty and can't wait for her to start her next chapter!

Saving Ginny. Day #15.

It breaks our hearts to say this, but it’s been over two weeks of posts and no one has asked about little Ginny. Even harder to digest? She has been waiting at the League for Animal Protection shelter, in Fincastle, Virginia, for six full months without a single inquiry.

Ginny is a sweet, small kitty but has been overlooked day after day. She doesn’t need much, just a loving, patient space where she can finally live and feel safe. If you can’t adopt, please hit share. A single share costs nothing, but it could be the exact moment that connects Ginny to the forever home she’s been waiting half a year to find!

This brave little lady sees with her whole heart! Ginny doesn't let anything slow her down, and she’s more than ready to shower her future family with endless love! When you adopt your new best friend, Ginny, she will come fully equipped and ready to come home! Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude! Thanks to the incredible generosity of our rescue community, sweet Ginny is ready to pack her bags and head to her forever home with an entire starter kit of brand new supplies! When you adopt Ginny, all of these wonderful gifts go right home with her: dry food and treats, a brand new scratch post tower with hanging play toys, a litter box, a doughnut cat tunnel,
adorable cat shaped food & water bowls with a raised stand and a zip up travel carrier.

Who wants to meet This Calico Beauty?
Look at those gorgeous markings and sweet face! We are on a mission to find her the loving forever home she so deeply deserves. This sweet calico girl has been patiently waiting at the League for Animal Protection shelter, in Fincastle, Virginia, since March. She arrived when she was just 10 months old. While she has partial blindness in one eye, it doesn't hold her back for a second, it just adds to her unique charm, resilience, and beauty!
