So proud of Charlotte Bailey on Dale Schwartz's, Ancient Mystery. They participated in the Boys Martin Clinic last weekend and were absolute rockstars! So professional and looking beautiful together. I love seeing my riders and horses really developing their skills and most of all their partnership. Happy horses and happy riders doing a job well. Thanks Charlotte for being such a great student! And thank you Boyd for a great clinic!

Had a great time celebrating at an impromptu birthday get together. We had a great time, playing laser tag and then Axe Throwing. We had quite a few bullseyes! I think this group is good for the zombie apocalypse.

We'll have to go again when we have more time to plan and can make sure everyone else can join us. It sure was a ton of fun! Thanks everyone for a great birthday!

I had a great time watching the Sespe Players perform the very funny play, The Jade Eye, written and directed by my friend and former student Lisa Given. She did a fantastic job. I was so impressed with the performances, and we all laughed so hard! I highly recommend you go see it. There is another performance tomorrow and next week, on Friday and Saturday. Come out and support Lisa and our local community theater group, The Sespe Players!

FYI... Lisa was the first rider from the newly formed Camino Real Region to compete at the United States Pony Club Championships in Show Jumping.

Kings Corner Training Stables showed up with their Trivia knowledge at the Dover Saddlery Trivia night. We had two teams and both teams tied for the win! Such a fun night! Today was a really hard day! I had to say goodbye to my Crooked Face George. After 4 days in the hospital and even with all of the amazing Dr. Kendra's heroic efforts, we couldn't save him, and we chose to let him go. He was quite the character. Always talking and was my CatDog, following me around inside and out. It has been so hard not having him greet me when I get home this week and I'm going to miss him so much now that he's gone forever.. I take comfort in knowing my mom and dad are there to meet him and give love and cuddles forever. Goodbye my sweet boy. Love you always! 😪
