These teams have spent the last six weeks building better communication, practicing good manners, and working toward the skills needed for the AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test. We love seeing how much progress can happen when owners put in the work alongside their dogs! 🌟

Ready to do more with your dog this weekend? Join us Saturday, August 29th for a fun day of agility at Saragold Kennels! 🐕💨
⭐ OPEN COURSE PRACTICE | 10 AM–12 PM
Practice on an ACT 1-level course before testing begins.
💲 $5 per run
Perfect for getting some extra course experience, building confidence, or just coming out to have some fun!

🐾 Therapy Dog Thursday 🐾
Following the recent tragic shooting at In-N-Out, our Pets Helping People therapy team wanted to support those affected and our community.
Our incredible volunteers quickly stepped forward to take shifts during the community counseling sessions, offering the quiet comfort and reassurance that therapy animals provide during incredibly difficult moments.
We are deeply grateful for our dedicated volunteers and their wonderful therapy animals, who were ready to serve when our community needed them. Their compassion truly represents the heart of Pets Helping People.

We’re excited to have the Snake River Canyon Kennel Club of Idaho hosting a full day of Scent Work training right here at the Saragold Training Building with Hallie McMullen!
Whether you’re brand new to Scent Work or ready to better understand airflow, odor movement, and hide placement, there’s a session for you!

Congratulations to sisters Sissy and Belle on earning their Canine Good Citizen titles! These girls joined us for Board & Train to build new skills—and they had the extra challenge of learning to practice those skills calmly and successfully together.

In observance of Labor Day, Saragold Kennels will be CLOSED Monday, September 7th.
🐾 There will be no boarding drop-offs or pick-ups available on Labor Day. Please plan your pet’s reservations accordingly when selecting arrival and departure dates.
Our team will still be here behind the scenes caring for all of our boarding guests and making sure everyone enjoys their holiday too! 🐶❤️
We will resume our normal business hours Tuesday, September 8th.
