The pile of awards from the Wisconsin Show this year for our entries.
Of all the awards though, it was pretty awesome winning Taxidermists Choice Best Lifesize and State Champion Multiple Artist with a couple of the crew….Keenan and Maddy.

I’m pretty lucky to have the team that I do. Some days I think we all feel like we could use more help, and maybe we’ll pursue that eventually. But for now, these guys are doing awesome.
Dan “the skinner man” (not pictured) does our skinning/fleshing/tanned prep work. He’s retired from the DNR and comes and goes between his hunting and fishing trips and vacations, and we’re lucky to have him.

Madison helps me with alterations and mounting. She took the leap and moved up here from Kansas after attending the Central Texas School Of Taxidermy.

Keenan does finish work and habitat nonstop. He was recommended to me by family of his due to his artistic eye.

We’re already talking about ideas for future pieces, and I’m looking forward to it.
