While most people are heading for cover when they see dark clouds, our team was out making sure these chillers were cleaned and ready to perform their best.

Chiller maintenance is a critical part of keeping large facilities running efficiently, and sometimes the weather doesn’t exactly cooperate. Thankfully, our crew knows how to roll with it and get the job done.

The storm may have added a little excitement to the day, but seeing those coils clean and the equipment operating at peak performance makes it worth it.

Big project underway for Jacob, in our SEMO area! 👷‍♂️📋

He is hard at work locating, labeling, and gathering filter information from 80+ VAV boxes and thermostats throughout the facility.

Projects like this take patience, organization, teamwork, and attention to detail — all to help keep systems running efficiently and make future maintenance and service smoother for everyone involved.

A lot goes on behind the scenes in commercial HVAC, and this is a perfect example of the detailed work our crews handle every day.

Employee Spotlight: Kyle

If you know Kyle, you know there’s never a dull moment around him. His personality, sense of humor, and positive attitude make him someone everyone enjoys being around — both customers and coworkers alike.

Kyle is hardworking, self-motivated, optimistic, and someone who always brings a level-headed and diplomatic approach to the job. He takes pride in his work and in being someone his team can count on.

Outside of work, family means everything to him. He loves spending time with his girlfriend, Kenzie, and staying close with the people who matter most to him.

Kyle is also the co-owner of The Bionic Arm — a baseball arm care business that reflects his passion for helping athletes perform at their best. His drive both inside and outside of work speaks volumes about the kind of person he is.

While many spend today with family and friends, we also pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and our freedom.

Being part of events like this means so much to us because community matters — and remembering those who served and gave everything matters even more.

A little friendly competition outside of work! ⛳️

Our contracting, warehouse, install, and service departments spent some time together at Topgolf for a team bonding event — and it was a great reminder that the strength of our company comes from the people behind it.

From early mornings in the warehouse, to coordinating jobs, to serving customers in the field, every department plays an important role in keeping things running smoothly. Getting everyone together outside of the day-to-day hustle is something we truly value.

We work hard, support each other, and every once in a while… work on our golf swings too. 😄

Grateful for this team and the culture we continue building together.
