Welcome to Green Mountain Pet & Tack Supply!

We’re proud to be your local source for your pet, farm, and equine sport needs! Serving the local community for nearly 26 years, our staff offers expert advice, fitting, and product recommendations for your individual needs. Our shop hosts a plethora of products, as well as a self-serve dog wash and professional services such as nail-trimming, dog boarding, and dog training.

Green Mountain Pet & Tack Supply stocks many high-quality varieties of food and grain for all of your animal friends, including but not limited to dogs, cats, horses, chicken, sheep, rabbits, birds, guinea pigs and hamsters. Each stocked food is hand-selected and recommended by our staff: We don’t offer anything we wouldn’t feed our own animals! Stock is not limited to kibble and pellets: GMPT also offers a variety of frozen raw-food, supplements, special diet foods (grain-free, limited ingredient), canned food, and treats!

As one of the only brick and mortar tack shops in Vermont, GMPT is an equestrians paradise for riding and horse care needs! Our tack shop is full to the brim with helmets, leather products, grooming supplies, supplements, barn/farm supplies, turnout and stable blankets, riding boots, and riding apparel to suit a variety of riding styles.
