Aspen found his happily ever after with his new family and brother in Washington! If you have ever gotten a puppy from me, you know that I always make a point to tell you that if you ever find yourself in a position where you can't care for the pup, I will always take them back no matter what. I will always provide that soft landing and find them a suitable home. I am not breeding dogs for them to end up in shelters. I am so happy Aspen (now Gambit) is getting the love he deserves!

Introducing Shorty and Boomer's Valentines Day litter! These sweet little faces will be ready for their new homes on February 13th. These will mature on the smaller side at 20-30 lbs. Medium drive dogs that make wonderful companions and great kid dogs. They will be able to keep up with any adventure presented before them but happy to snuggle up on the couch at the end of the day. UPDATE: Aspen is safe and accounted for.
Aspen is unable to return to his former home for reasons I won’t be sharing publicly. This is through no fault of his own, and because of that, he will be looking for a new, permanent home where he can truly settle in and thrive.
Aspen is 3 years old (born 10/9/2022) and is from Jill and Chancho’s final litter.
He was recently picked up by Animal Control after being found wandering for an unknown amount of time (at least a week). Once I was made aware, I stepped in right away, paid his adoption fee, and have been working directly with Animal Control to make sure he’s safe and well cared for.
👉 Aspen is currently still at the shelter while he completes his neuter and medical clearance. Once that’s finished, he’ll be ready to move forward into his next chapter.
I want to say this, because it matters to me:
👉 Every puppy I bring into this world is my responsibility for their entire life.
No matter what. If one of my dogs ever needs a safe place to land, they come back to me. Always.
Aspen is a good boy who just needs consistency, kindness, and a stable environment. I’m happy to talk privately with serious, thoughtful adopters about whether he might be a good fit, but I’ll be taking my time to make sure his next home is truly the right one.
For now, Aspen is safe, accounted for, and being cared for, and I’ll be overseeing his transition once he’s cleared.

Look who's little bitty eyes are starting to open! That means their ears are starting to open, too. The puppy cams are live! If you have a deposit on this litter and haven't gotten a link to the cameras in your email yet, let me know. They got their first round of dewormer and thought it was terrible. Peach is being a fantastic mama. We have one pick spot available on this litter.
