Just wrapped up things with some more of my favorite brothers; Orville & Wilbur!

They also happen to be regulars with me, so I know them almost too well😊

I know when Orville’s zoomies are coming on, and I know when Mr. Wilbur needs a break from his younger brother!😂🫣

We enjoyed our week together with walks, playtime, and trying to ignore the crappy Michigan weather! ☔️

They did such a great job while their family was away for the first time — I’m so proud of them!

I absolutely loved getting to know their personalities:
LT is a playful guy who loves his toy fish, is a little clumsy, and melts for a good chin scratch.🎣
Ollie is the sweetest shadow or looking for some sun to lay in, always close by and soaking up all the pets he can get!☀️

How It Works – All Aboard the Bark Bus!

Joining the Bark Bus pack is simple, but we have a few requirements to ensure a safe and fun adventure for all pups:

✅ Dog-friendly: Your pup must be social and enjoy the company of other dogs.
✅ Up-to-date on vaccines: Safety first! Proof of vaccinations is required.
✅ Off-leash trained: Our hikes take place in safe, open spaces, so recall training is a must.
✅ Local to Grand Blanc or nearby: We currently serve this area for pick-ups and drop-offs.
✅ Gear up: Each pup needs an orange reflective vest and a harness for safe transport and visibility.
✅ Meet & Greet Required: Before joining the pack, your dog must meet Tula, our 4-year-old well-balanced pack member, to ensure a good fit.

🚐 The Schedule:
• Bark Bus runs Monday–Friday
• Pick-ups happen between 1-3 PM
• We hike for about an hour
• Drop-offs follow, with your pup being gone for 2-5 hours total

💰 Pricing:
• $35 for 1 dog
• $45 for 2 dogs (same household)

If your pup is ready for adventure, fresh air, and a happy, tired tail by the end of the day—Bark Bus is the ride for them!

‼️I’ve decided to update my policy sheet! We have some new policies‼️

You can still find the old one on my page, and I will still be sending that one out with reminders…but this one is much more condensed and way easier to read!!
So, here’s what it says:

🚨PLEASE REVIEW PRIOR TO BOOKING:

🐾 Leash & Emergency Contact: Ensure your dog has a fitted leash and collar in good condition. This is for everyones well-being. (THIS APPLIES TO OVERNIGHTS AND DROPINS/WALKS.)
Provide a veterinarian’s office contact, emergency contact, and a card on file with vet.

📅 First-Come, First-Served: Bookings are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. If another client confirms before you, their booking will take priority. I apologize in advance. Confirmation will come from your deposit.

🏡Overnight Stays & Drop-Ins: A 30% security deposit is required at BOOKING, you will not be booked with no deposit. Full payment due upon my arrival.
Additional fees apply if return exceeds 24 hour period.
Drop-in services require full payment at the time of service.

🚫 Home Access: No one is allowed in the home during service without prior approval. Regardless of if they reside there or are homeowners.

❌ Cancellations: Deposits are refundable if canceled booking within 14 days of payment being made. (Deposists go towards total for booking)
Unless the cancellation occurs during a high-demand period and the spot cannot be rebooked in the time period, in which case the deposit may be non-refundable!

If cancelling a booking within 7 days of scheduled start date, a cancellation fee will occur.

Please follow these policies to ensure a smooth experience for me and your fur babies. Thank you! These policies will be sent out each booking to ensure they’re being read with all updates.

Just a quick update of policy everyone!
THIS WILL NOT APPLY TO ANY DATES ALREADY IN THE BOOKS.

I’ve been testing this out over the last few weeks, it seems to be the most efficient and effective way to keep this business running smoothly while also giving you complete confidence that you have dates confirmed with me! Which is what everyone wants!!

This new deposit policy may not apply to every booking, and I will notify you if it applies to yours when inquiring about future dates.
This is something I’m enforcing to help reduce cancellations and ensure clarity on confirmed bookings.

The 30% security deposit will go toward your total balance and will ONLY be refunded based on the specifics of your booking and the timing of any cancellation.

(Per my cancellation policy, cancellation within 14 days requires a $25 cancellation fee per night for my time.)
