The piggles are grateful! Some of the donations this month went towards extension cords long enough to run their pool heater. I know my posts have been sad lately, but I am also grateful. 🫶🏻

Giving Tuesday is coming up, I haven’t decided about doing a fundraiser this year even though we need the funds badly. Do we have any followers that would set up fundraisers on their own page for us? Facebook takes care of everything! 🙏🏻

I’m very sad to say that after a long battle with IBD turned GI lymphoma, my sweet Molly Cat has decided to leave us for whatever happens next. Fly free, sweet girl. I will never forget you yelling at me for canned food every single time you saw me…even if it was only three seconds ago.

Molly is the last of my Fenton BP/Tim Horton’s cats that I trapped in 2012 before I knew how TNR worked. She is the sixth cat I’ve said goodbye to this year. My sadness continues…

We have quite a few senior kitties that have had dental extractions who eat about 8 to 12 cans every day!! I added a couple of flavors to our Amazon wishlist, but they are not picky!! 😸

The news is the worst it could be and I’m just arriving back to MSU to be with this 5lb house panther that took up half my bed and all my heart while she takes her final adventure to wait for me at the Rainbow Bridge. I’m gutted. 🐈‍⬛🐾🖤🖤😭💔💔

How does a 5lb cat take up half of a queen size bed? 🤔

After sleeping all day and into the night between the tunnel and her new bed, Faithie woke up around 5am and I think she was annoyed that I was sleeping on the floor next to her, so she got up and walked through the livingroom, and into the dining room to sit on the dog rug and do some bird watching. She still has not eaten and is visibly nauseous when I offer her food or treats. Her new prescription is supposed to be delivered any time now and I’m impatiently waiting to see if she improves after she’s gets a dose on board. I feel like maybe I should take her back for another transfusion to help give the chemo more time to work since she handles them well and really perks up afterwards. I guess there are more possibilities of reactions after more transfusions though so I’m not sure if that’s too much for her or not. I’m rambling. Honestly, I’m a mess. 😭🐈‍⬛🐾🖤🖤

Faithie came out of the tunnel and is sleeping on the bed that I got for her yesterday. She still hasn’t eaten today, but the MSU report does say that she might experience symptoms like this 3-5 days after the chemo. I’m keeping a closer eye on her than she’d like so I set up the camera. I noticed one of the spots on the bed looks like a little Faithie. 🖤

I called off another Target shift because I’ve spent another day crying so hard that I can barely open my eyes. I wish she would let me snuggle her, but she’s always been her own girl and she would tell me that I just need to deal with the fact that yesterday might have been her last good day. 💔🐾🐈‍⬛🖤🖤
