If your puppy dog doesn't come to you, but acts like your playing or bounces all around barking and with thier butt in the air wagging tier tail they taunt and tease you to catch them they are bored.
They are so bored and that's why they are like kids or toddlers. When they get to this point of boredom they have basically decided that this bad attention is better than none attention at all. Oh man believe me if you haven't experienced it for self... when chasing them makes it even worse and it keepsvp issing you off... You have options :'/

1) call kindly as you usually do because they listen well
2) call kindly to your pride and joy of a $ #!? Turd to the point it's like your crying and begging them "not today please! Any other day!"
3) Bribery: Anything possible!! Treat, toy, person, car ride, another dog, any really fast prey (sorry kitty/squirrls)
4)Favorable Trigger words: Walk, Treat, Ball, Ride, Hippopotamus ect.
5) ignore them.. it's no fun if no chase and only have you chasing your tail
6)Fall! Fall dramatically hard but not too over done. If they think your hurt they will come to you if they haven't been fooled yet... Last resort and rarely use this move. Make sure you definatly have a hold on the collar . If someone is with you yout.. improvision...!

NEVER TELL AT THEM OR PUNISH THEM FOR COMMINH TO YOU!!!
Isn't That what ou wanted them to do in the first place?
