Southern Alliance Spay Neuter Clinic Southern Alliance is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) charity organization helping save the lives of dogs and cats in Lincoln County through low cost spay/neuter.

Southern Alliance Spay Neuter Clinic promotes a low cost spay/neuter program for pet owners who aren't able to afford the more expensive option of a private veterinarian. We also offer programs to help control the feral cat population in the city of Fayetteville. Through TNR (trap, neuter, release) these cats are spayed or neutered and then returned to their homes to live out a peaceful life witho

ut the burden of producing kittens. We also have a pet food bank for those that care for a feral cat colony and those that can't afford pet food on their own. This program helps retain pet ownership; which sometimes may be their only close companion.

When a feral colony is cared for with TNR (Trapped/Spayed/Neutered/Vaccinated/Released) they thrive. These cats aren’t throwaways, they aren’t diseased and dying….they’re living full content lives.

Meet Misty…. This young feral beauty was spayed by Southern Alliance Spay Neuter Clinic just a month ago, changing her life forever. No more litters of unwanted kittens, no more chaos and fear. She is blossoming into the peaceful confident little lady she was meant to be.
