Strive has been visiting our team for a suspected broken toe, and thanks to Dr. Warman, he’s been rocking some tiny medical sandals to help stabilize his feet. 👣✨ He’s been such an amazing patient (and don’t you agree he’s absolutely beautiful?) 💛💙

🌟 Employee Spotlight + Work Anniversary 🌟

Today we’re celebrating Georgia – one of our amazing kennel attendants – on her one-year work anniversary with BFAHPH! 🎉🐾

Georgia plays such an important role in making sure our boarders are not only cared for, but also feel safe, comfortable, and very loved while staying with us. 💛 As a student at the University studying Animal Science, her passion for animals shines through in everything she does.

We are truly lucky to have Georgia on our team, and we’re grateful for the outstanding care she gives to each and every pet. 🐶🐱

Update: This litter have all secured adoptive homes!!

Reaching out to all the Pyrenees lovers out there…we are assisting with a case in rural Washington County. An owner has relinquished 6 puppies so far, and there are still more that we need to rescue.
We have 4 males, 2 females, 5 months old.
All are being fully vetted. They are ready for fosters or adopters. Once these are placed, we can go get another litter that is still in need. We are spaying/neutering all the adults on the property, so this cycle will end.

Today we’re celebrating three amazing years with Keara here at BFAHPH! 🐾

Keara began her journey with us as a Boarding Attendant, and through her hard work and dedication, she has grown into a Veterinary Assistant and now serves as our Boarding Attendant Lead. Her growth within our team has been nothing short of inspiring!

Keara is the ultimate team player—always willing to jump in wherever she’s needed. From assisting with wellness visits to comforting sick patients, she brings calm, care, and compassion to every situation. She even helps fill in for other roles when needed, never missing a beat. 💪

As a leader in our boarding department, Keara works diligently to ensure every pet feels safe, loved, and truly part of our family. She provides thoughtful mentorship and training to her team and leads by example with her professionalism and heart.
