If anyone still has issues with their dogs having accidents, I followed a very strict schedule for walks and feeding. Here's the full run down!
BATHROOM and FEEDING TIMES
6AM - Walk/let out (pay attention to urination and ensure a bowel movement before bringing them back in
8AM - BREAKFAST = Feeding followed by walk Ensuring both urination and try your best to provoke a BM.
Walking times after this mark depend on how often you see accidents inside.
Starting out you may want to try a 2hr schedule to get them used to "going" outside rather then inside. Eventually increasing to 3hr and lastly 4hr. This is especially important when housebreaking puppies under 6 months.
If someone is unable to walk or you may not be at home for more then the allotted time in the schedule, the best way is to keep a confined space to where it would be more convenient in the case of an accident (preferably easy to find and clean).
12PM- LUNCH = (not necessary but provided so if you prefer)
the same as feeling in the morning, when they finish they go straight outside and make sure they have done both.
5PM- DINNER = Same as all meals, must go right out and do both outside.
Keep on the Hour Schedule they are on until you usually go to sleep. Let their last walk be the last thing you do as part of your routine.
If you have a puppy under 6 months, it is always wise to limit their water intake after 8PM and even "pull" their water at night to ensure no accidents. Returning water at 6am during or after their walk. (Do not "pull" water for short snouted dogs such as Bulldogs, Frenchies, ect. Due to their hard of breathing can cause exhaustion and over heating especially after any exercise)
Having issues with getting a BM at the right time? Run with them and get them Amped! Normally just minutes of running around will get any dog to p**p on the spot!
Don't limit your time with them out just to go potty, really make sure they get tired out and use this time to get everything out of them before heading inside!
Let outside be potty and playtime, if they get all their energy out while their out then they will usually rest and relax inside. Over time they will keep this in mind and become accustomed to when and where they should be their most energetic and "p**ped" out in both senses.
