Notification - As of the 2025-2026 deer season, you will receive notification for the outstanding balance of your mount prior to the mounting process. If you require additional time, please note that I can accommodate delays, but not after completion of the work. I accept Cash App, Venmo, cash, or check for the remaining balance. If you need more time, I will move on to the next client until my schedule for the upcoming week is filled. I strive to maintain a low deposit of $100 to make it affordable for most clients, allowing them sufficient time to save until their mount is ready. Most businesses require a 50% deposit upfront. I have experienced numerous instances where clients have not picked up their finished pieces, despite notification, resulting in extended delays of several weeks to months. Please note that this announcement does not pertain to clients contacted this week regarding their mounts or those who have paid for their mounts but have not yet picked them up. I am willing to hold paid mounts, but it is the few clients who inquire about their mounts after a short period and then fail to make payment after completion .
I am caught up by the opening of archery each year my turn around times are pretty swift compared to some. I do all work myself including tanning. Im a 1 man shop some people say I don’t have the business that’s why my turn around times are so quick that’s not true! I took in 300 plus deer last season I’m down to 96 from last season ..
To maintain my fast turnaround time I stay after it 😉
