As things cool down and we settle into the tail end of summer, I'm excited to share some great news...

Private horseback riding lessons are back!

My lessons are built around the belief that great horsemanship starts on the ground. Every lesson emphasizes learning to care for, understand, and respect horses—not just time in the saddle.

My approach comes from years of riding, learning from a variety of trainers and disciplines, and discovering how to truly listen to the horse. I focus on building partnership, mutual trust, and clear communication, regardless of riding style. I grew up riding English, spending time in the jumper, dressage, and eventing rings, and I teach in English tack or tackless. I believe that the foundations of balance, communication, and feel carry across every discipline.

Lessons are open to riders of all ages and experience levels and are tailored to each rider's goals and each horse's abilities.

Lesson Options:
🐴 30-Minute Riding Lesson – $20
Perfect for younger riders or anyone who wants a shorter introduction to horses. This lesson includes both groundwork and riding time, covering grooming, tacking, basic horse care, and time in the saddle to build confidence and feel.

🐴 1-Hour Riding Lesson – $35
A great option for riders who want more time with the horse. This lesson includes both groundwork and riding, allowing for more in-depth instruction.

🐴 30-Minute Groundwork Lesson – $15
No riding required! These lessons are perfect for anyone interested in learning horsemanship from the ground up. We'll focus on grooming, horse care, handling, groundwork, and building confidence around horses.

We are working hard at staying cool and hydrated here! I found this idea and wanted to give it a try, I’m so curious to see what the horses will like and leave alone! We have a selection of some teas/electrolytes and slurries that are all safe and good for them!

Of course they still have their usual fresh clean water and usual minerals and salt but I thought this would be a fun way to mix things up for them!

Hello everyone!

Due to the weather this week, we were unfortunately unable to reschedule our class for July 3rd. Instead, we're excited to offer **two horse classes** later this month!

Both classes will focus on **horsemanship and horse care** and are perfect for anyone looking to learn more about horses in a fun, hands-on environment.

We are so excited for class this weekend! It’s not too late to reserve to our spot and join us for a fun day out on the farm with the horses!

Join us for our *All About Horses* group class on June 13th at 1:00 PM!

This 1.5–2 hour hands-on class is designed for horse lovers of all ages and experience levels. Participants will spend time with the horses while learning about:
• Horse care
• Grooming
• Basic anatomy
• Medical care
• Horse movement
• And more!

Whether you’re brand new to horses or have years of experience, there’s something for everyone to enjoy and learn.

Registration is required! To sign up, please message the farm page to reserve your spot.

Cost is $10 per person, and all proceeds go directly back into the care of the horses that help make this class possible. ❤️
