To all of our valued clients:

With the ongoing COVID-19 situation we are upping our game to not only care for your animals but to protect the health and well-being of all of our clients, as well. We are still taking ALL appointments, including elective and emergency procedures. We are doing everything in our power to accommodate you and your animals during these unusual times. In order to maintain the health and ability of our staff to serve you, we are taking the following precautions:

*While cleanliness is always important to us, we have additionally began to routinely disinfect common surfaces after each client who leaves the clinic and each staff member is required to wash and/or sanitize their hands between each visit.

*We are asking that all small animal clients call us from the parking lot or knock on the door upon arrival, and we are happy to step outside to bring your animal in and to gather any pertinent information while you wait in your vehicle.

*If in the past two weeks, you or a close contact/family member has been feeling ill (in any way) or has traveled outside of our immediate region (airports, out of state, or to parts of Nebraska with positive cases) we are happy to accommodate you by following the above procedures as well, but ask that you consider rescheduling once adequate time has passed.

*If you are a large animal producer (we realize that you have been relatively isolated during all of this) we would appreciate if, when you need supplies, you would call ahead and allow us to put your order together and have it waiting for you when you arrive.

*While we understand this is an inconvenience, we do not intend to make you feel shorted or undervalued in any way, and we hope the above guidelines help keep our doctors and staff healthy, in effect, allowing us to continue to serve all of your needs.

*Please call us with any concerns or questions – we are happy to accommodate you in any way that we can and we hope that everyone stays healthy!

Attention Pet Owners: Flea season is still in full swing. We have been seeing many pets with fleas and flea bite hypersensitivity in the past few weeks. Even with the cold weather and snow it is important to continue to provide flea prevention for the good of your pets and to prevent flea infestation in your home.

Be careful what you choose for flea prevention - ineffective knock-offs can be found all over the internet and many generic products and flea collars can be ineffective. Even if your pet is not due for vaccinations, please stop in the clinic to pick up flea protection that we know is effective - it beats a house full of fleas. Feel free to contact us with questions.
