Update--------- Asking folks to please be patience. Getting a lot of checking in text and calls and it's significantly affecting turn around times of yours and everyone's mounts, and if you do please give me a week or so to get back. My books are completely closed until I'm caught up. I only have about (40) 2023-2024 mounts left until I get on this past seasons mounts. Ones holding mounts in freezer are good to go. If I'm behind on your mount just letting folks know I'm working hard everyday to get caught up and past 2 years Ive taken in 50% of my workload so once I hit my caught up dates which is coming soon it will be back to smooth sailing. I don't take pics of all the mounts going out the door but here's a few and I have a bunch in the drying stage. Thanks. Matt.

UPDATE----- Just letting folks know I'm booked up on everything until Sept 1st 2026. If I have spoken to you then you are good to go. Mounting is in full swing and I plan on putting in a lot of hours to clear my books and be ready for next season. Thanks--Matt.

Update------ At this time I'm booked up on everything except Deer shoulder mounts. After Dec 1st I will be strictly previous customers only and looks like I'll cut off mid Dec for everything.

If you are a previous customer and want a bear mounted then hold in freezer till about Feb or March and I'll take in a few more then. Just a reminder that all bear mounts will carry a 18+|- month turn around.

I'm booked up on All lifesizes till Sept 2026 unless I have spoken to you.

Update and prices on this coming up 2025-2026 season. For this season, I'm only going to take work from previous customers. These are the only type mounts I'm accepting just this season-----------------Deer shoulder, Bear shoulder and 1/2 lifesize bears. I will also take in a few bobcat, fox and coyotes lifesizes from previous customers. But that number will very limited, I'm talking about 5 total. If I've done work for you in the past I will take it in, I may take in a few recommendations but those will be limited so please text or call to check.
--The reason for these changes is my family has had to take care of my father in law(Alzheimer's)full time this past year and it has been especially hard on my wife. I'm cutting my intake this season to help more, get my shop finally 100% finished and work on my home I've neglected the past years because I work 50-60 hours a week in the shop since I started here 17 years ago. And the main reason is to get caught up. I've have not been able to say I'm "caught up" since before 2020 and have pushed turn around times to much and it has been very stressful---.

2025-2026 season prices. -------

For previous customers---750$ deer shoulder---750$ bear shoulder------1500$- 2500$ half bear, depending on size.

For new recommended customers-----800$ deer shoulder-----800$ bear shoulder and ----- 1500$-2500$ on half bear depending on size.

-Estimated- turn around times----- I'm keeping turn around to 12-14 months on shoulder mounts and 12-18 months on lifesizes. Hopefully I won't hit these times in the future as I should only take in about 50% intake this season, but this will give me a stress free buffer. Thanks for yalls patience and have a great season.

Please DO NOT CALL or TEXT on sundays checking on progress of mounts especially first thing in AM!!!!!!!!!!!! I need at least one day. Drop offs during season and pick ups are fine and expected, this is getting ridiculous. !!!!!!!!!!!!

Update. I'm booked up on everything and will not take anymore work in untill Sept 1st 2025. If I have spoken to you and lined up a drop off then you are good. I will not be taking in any fish or turkey this spring and summer. Gonna put in a lot of hours next 3-6 months, and try my best to get previous seasons mounts out so I can at least get on this 2024 season starting in July. I cut my intake by 50% this season so I can get some breathing room and try to cut down on wait times.

Just wanna give everyone an update. I'm fully booked up on all type bear mounts and all types of small game lifesizes. Cutting off even earlier this season to clear my backlog. ---Only mounts I'm accepting is deer euros and deer shoulder mounts which the latter will have a 14-16 month turn around----.
If I have talked to you and you are holding a bear or lifesize mount then you are good. I'll start accepting bears and small game lifesizes again on sept 1st 2025 if you want to freeze until then. Thanks everyone and I'm back to mounting full time so folks will be getting text on pickups asap.

Update------ At this time I'm only accepting any type of bears from previous customers. I won't be taking in any bear rugs this season until I get a cleared backlog on those. I'm still taking in Deer shoulder, euros and small mammal lifesizes from everyone but it looks like I'll limit those going into December and I'll post if I do. Thanks.

--PLEASE-do not-text or call if your ESTIMATED time frame is not up on invoice. Please do not text or call checking on progress on holidays or Sundays. This policy will help everyone get mounts back sooner as I have to stop work to check on and return text. I estimate I lose an average of 2-3 weeks a year stopping work, checking text and returning messages on just progress calls and text and I really wanna get these mounts out to folks ASAP.

--PLEASE text or call to check on mounts that run over ESTIMATED time frames, and give a few days for replies.

--PLEASE text or call to drop off, change number, change mount options, following up on certain time agreements, for those moving, etc.

-- From mid October to Dec 1st I only mount 1-2 pieces a week. I usually return to mounting full time Dec 1st.
Previous seasons mounts that run into following season usually get done in DEC, JAN, FEB.

I know folks want mounts back ASAP and it's hard to wait a year plus, but I put 100% effort into your mount and never rush to reach quotas. Your mount will be on your wall for decades and passed down to family and rush jobs are ALWAYS regretted.

I need extra capes this season. I will knock off up to 50$ -100$ -depending on size- off euro mounts or pay up to 75$ for a cape that measures at least 21inches below the ears and in rut. Any deer that needs extra capes will have extended turn around times. Extra capes have been really hard to come by with most using processors now and them charging for caping. Thanks.
