Rusty and I would like to say one last big thank you everyone who has supported us the last 4 years! We appreciate each and everyone of you and making my dream of owning a dog grooming salon come true! ❤️

The official change in ownership to Spaw 4 Paws is tomorrow Oct 1st, going forward you will receive text messages to confirm appointments. Please bare with us getting all the clients into the new system and if you receive a text message (or 3.... on accident- it was probably me 🤣) know that it is a real appointment reminder! Any future updates going forward will be found on Spaw 4 Paws facebook, through text or email.

To our wonderful clients of Muddy Paws,

I am writing to you today with a bittersweet announcement. After 4 wonderful years of serving you and your beloved pets, I have made the decision to sell Muddy Paws.
This was a very difficult decision to make, but I do feel in the long run the right one.

On a more happy note I am filled with confidence about the future of this business under new ownership. I am thrilled to introduce Katelin and her Spaw 4 Paws team as the new owner of the salon. Katelin and her team are passionate and share the same level commitment to the highest standards of animal care as we do. She currently owns two other successful salons and I truthfully couldn't think of a better person to take over. ❤️

Any appointments we have on the books are still valid (unless we have made a phone call/text to you earlier in the year, both Katelin and I are working hard on bringing on other groomers with the same level of professionalism, care and standards. We also have a call back list once we get more groomers on and will reach back out when we become full staffed again)The team of groomers will remain on staff to ensure a seamless transition. There also will be some new faces brought on over time and so I ask for you to have some patience as we learn the Spaw 4 Paws way and as new groomers come in and learn your dog's as well as their haircuts. The phone number will remain the same and we will very shortly have the ability to send out texting reminders. Bare with us as we learn the new systems!

I (Casey) will be staying on as long as I can throughout the year as long as everything continues to stay healthy through out my pregnancy. My ultimate reason for selling is I have the opportunity to be a stay at home mom for my new little on the way and that is something I cant pass up. I am so grateful for the trust you have placed in me over the years and for allowing me and my team to care for your furry family members. I will miss seeing each of you and ofcoarse the pups. I wish you all the very best. The official change in ownership will take place on October 1st.

**ANNOUCEMENT**

We are so sorry, but unfortunately our business and our existing groomers have been put in a very difficult position and we have become suddenly and unexpectedly understaffed. We are forced to make some very sad and difficult phone calls to remove and lighten up our clientele. We dont have enough staff at the moment to cover every existing appointment. It is not at all personal and it is very hard for us to do but our hands are tied.
We love our community and appreciate you all so much. We will let the community know when our books open back up. In the meantime we have some grooming salons that know our situation and have offered a helping hand.

Tell either one one of the salons you are coming from Muddy Paws and they will give us a call to get any grooming notes we have on your dog.
