Book your next grooming appointment online!

Hello Grooming Customers! Did you know you can book your appointments online?

As some of you already know, we have been working with a new software program to help with our grooming scheduling and communications!

We have been using the program Gingr and would like everyone to
join us! You will be able to request appointments online through the app, get reminders for those appointments, upload vaccination records, and so much more!

You can download ‘Gingr for Pet Parents’ in the App Store and Google Play Store. Our Invite Code is: 547216

App Login: Using the phone number you have on file with us, your
first time logging in will require you to “Reset Password” in order to access your portal account. Once you logged in, you can finish setting up yours and your pet’s profiles! If you are a new client, or haven’t booked with us in a while then you will need to set up a new profile.

Please check over all the information that is required to be filled out! We do have a policy that needs to be signed and will need to see vet records. You can upload those through the app or have your vet email us at [email protected].

We want to thank you for being patient with us while we still learn all that there is on Gingr! We are excited to being going forward with this new system!

Good evening, everyone. It is with a heavy heart that we are announcing our closure this April. Our last day of business will be April 15th.

We want to thank you all for the wonderful years that we've had here.

Our plan going forward is to move to a new location in order to expand grooming and retail. Daycare and boarding services will not be available at our new facility. The location will be announced in the coming weeks.

After March 7th, we will only be accepting dogs for daycare that have packages. We will not be selling any more daycare packages at this time. For the customers that do have packages, once your dog has used up all of the days on the package, they will be unable to return for daycare in order to make room for other dogs. We just want everyone to be aware that daycare will likely be selling out quickly each day over the next few weeks due to the high number of packages that will need to get used up.

While we will be honoring any existing boarding reservation up to April 15th, we will not be able to honor any reservation starting or extending past this date. We will not be making any additional boarding reservations in order to keep numbers available for daycare.

It’s been an honor getting to know everyone and your dogs. Thank you for all the support you’ve given us. To all of the former employees that still keep up with us, thanks for being part of this journey. From small beginnings, through the pandemic, and right up to the very end; it’s been an absolute blast of a ride.

We want to welcome our newest groomer, Callie Haakana, to our staff.
Callie has been grooming for 7 years and graduated from the Rio Grooming School & Salon in Hastings, MN.
Now that Callie has settled in and has gotten her regular clients booked, we want to let everyone know that she has plenty of open appointments.

We had another birthday this week! Big Max turned 5.
