Sharing from a breeder friend, I do however work with them some on kennel

Something you should know about me as your Puppy's breeder.....
I do not Kennel Train 🙌. Im not against it by any means. I do own Kennels. I do sometimes have to kennel but I do not kennel train your puppy before it comes home.
When you get home with your new little one please keep in mind that he/she was just separated from all they know/have known. Sometimes its a Breeze and sometimes they take time to adjust. Crying at night is Part of raising a new puppy. They are upset, and feel lonely, and putting them in a kennel from night one probably isn't the best thing for them. While I agree that kennel training from day 1 is the best fit for some families its NOT most likely for those who cant tolerate the whining and needs of a puppy so young.
I feel like i failed polar. 😭. I knew as soon as I placed him in their arms and he whined . They said " Will he stop this mess". I said maybe not on the drive , and it will take a few days but he'll adjust. Just give him time. ( like I tell everyone)
I SHOULD HAVE went with my gut and declined the sale but we had traveled 5 hrs( one way) and had to wait an extra hour on his owners. I figured i was doing what was right.
PLEASEEEEE 🙏 when your welcoming a new puppy keep in mind that its an Adjustment. Some ( most) Adjust very quickly into their new environment and some not so fast. Ive only ever had TWO go home and complain about the whining. After a few days they stopped. These people didnt even want my recommendations 😒.
Just " we have to work so we need to return him".
Please spend some time researching any breed before you get them! I have had a couple homes return their puppy due to size or aggression and gotten them back as total lovers who just needed training
*edit to add since one of my besties asked about polar he’s back with the breeder and on the look out for a new home” he however is not a great day and he’s an adorable little dachshund
