Exciting News from Maine Soggy Dog!

We’re thrilled to share that our grooming crew is expanding on September 30th! 🎉
Please join us in welcoming Sarina and Danielle, who will be bringing their talent and care to our team. With their addition, we’ll be adding 40 more grooming reservations each week going into the very busy holiday season!

📅 Their schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, starting at 9 AM.

At the same time, Karissa will be adjusting her schedule to three days a week as she prepares for a well-deserved maternity leave. 💕

We’ve been receiving a lot of questions about how to reschedule or cancel appointments in our new grooming reservation software, MoeGo. To make things easier, here are a few quick tips to help you navigate the system:

✨ You can log in to MoeGo at any time to view, reschedule, or cancel your appointment.
✨ Please keep in mind that we do have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in losing your $75 deposit.

We appreciate your patience as we all get comfortable with this new system, and we’re here to help if you run into any issues! 🐶✂️
