A question I often get from people is, is it OK for my dog to look at another dog and the answer is of course they can. Now there’s a big difference between dogs looking at another dog and staring aggressively, frantic, and becoming too stimulated over it. We want our dogs to be able to enjoy their time spent in public. We just have to be able to grab their attention when needed.
