Pretty little 7-year-old 🩷FLORIDA🩷 needs our help to exit East Valley Shelter in Van Nuys, California. She came into the shelter on April 14 and has been on the medical alert list since that time.

Florida is a Cairn Terrier, weighing a dainty 8.7 pounds. She is not microchipped, nor is she spayed. When she first entered the shelter, she had a large OLD laceration on her left axillary area. It was clipped and cleaned. They applied an E-collar to keep her from chewing on it.

On April 15, the shelter sent out an email plea on her behalf, but she is still waiting for someone to notice how very cute she is. Today is her first day of availability.

We said goodbye to sweet Denny today. He was a great little copilot for me on the way to meet his new mommy at the airport. He’s so darn smart he even made a pe**ee on his p*e pad in the airport bathroom stall!! This handsome boy is headed to Vancouver BC with his new mommy Stephanie who came all the way to San Diego to get him. His daddy is back home getting their home ready for their new little Dennis the menace. You wouldn’t believe what a total chick magnet this boy was at the airport…You couldn’t walk 10 yards without someone just going gaga over him. Some of you have watched this little dude from the very beginning in his hunt for his furever family…well the stars finally aligned and this was a match made in heaven! It was 100% meant to be!! I’m extremely blessed to have the best pups and owners out there. Days such as today make everything I do worth it. Yes, it definitely was a bittersweet goodbye, but I know I’m sending him off with the best family imaginable. They’ve been wanting a new baby to love for quite a while now, and being able to help them was so gratifying. Little Denny is just beginning his journey through this big, wonderful world and now he has the best parents to give him the best possible life. 💗💗💗💗🥰🥰🥰
