Meet the parents!

Our Remi girl is a four year old, F1 Bernedoodle, with phantom coloring. She is quite literally the snuggliest dog we have ever encountered and the absolute happiest when she’s asleep on your lap. If you’ve ever researched Bernedoodles, you’ll know that they have a high human focus and love to be with their people. Remi is at the high-end of those traits and we definitely saw that passed down to several of her puppies in her last litter.

The dad, Milo, is an adorably, happy multi-gen Bernedoodle (55.6% standard Poodle and 44.4% Bernese). Just as we did with our first litter, we worked with Bernedoodle Boutique to find the highest quality and care when picking our stud for this litter. She’s the absolute best to work with and we know she puts everything she has into caring for all her dogs.

Wishing a very happy birthday to our very first litter! It’s absolutely crazy to think they’re already celebrating their second birthdays, but it’s true!

While this litter will always have a very special place in our heart, we are so excited to announce that we’ve started the process for another litter, due on Halloween! Of course we have to wait for the actual confirmation, but we’ve done what we can and we’re anxiously awaiting an answer. And last, but certainly not least, Bandit, now called Hank! This little fluff ball captured the hearts of EVERYONE he met and was an instant favorite. He was the first to learn “sit” if you watched our video from when we started training them. And he was incredibly calm and patient. He loved a good snuggle but he definitely knew that if he was just patient enough, he would get the lap all to himself once the other lost interest. Here’s what Hank’s family has to say about him:

“Hank has been the best puppy we have ever had! He really is a Pure angel he has never chewed anything up, easily potty trained & brings our whole family so much joy!! He is a big ball of fluff with gigantic paws. My 3 year old daughter tells everyone that her best friend is Hank 🥰”

Sweet little muffin! She was a pretty special puppy from our litter that went for a very specific purpose. One that we’re so very proud of! She’s been hard at work over the last year training to be a service dog for her owners. Here’s what they have to say about Muffin, now called Luna!

“Happy Birthday to all of the puppies! Our Luna Bear (AKA Muffin) is such a sweet, smart girl who will still do anything for a belly rub. She has been working hard and is a Psychiatric Service Dog in training. We will be taking our Public Access Test next week and have no doubts she will pass with flying colors. We think she will be able to join her human at school soon. As of today, Luna weighs 52lbs.”

We’re also very lucky to have kept Bingo (now Beasly) in the family as she went to our sister and brother-in-law! Getting to watch Mack, Beasly, and Remi interact is always so much fun. When Mack and Beasly are together, it’s play, play, play until you can’t play any more. They’ve been known to knock over a lamp or two 😏. Here’s an update on sweet Beasly:

“Beesly is the perfect combination of crazy and sweet. She especially loves her morning snuggle time but will gladly jump on your lap at anytime, usually without warning. She loves to chew on stuffed animals, toilet paper and throw rugs 😀 She’s a great addition to our family and has even managed to mellow out her older brother (a little).”

Bluey was the last of the litter to find her home so she was extra hard to say goodbye to. Knowing that she went to such a wonderful couple made saying goodbye easier Here’s what her owners have to say about her:

“We renamed Bluey to Zoey. It just seemed to fit her! We couldn’t love her more. She loves being outside in my flower bed while Mike mows lawn and enjoys walks with me. She is a bit of a diva. There are certain bits in her dog food which she doesn’t like so she takes them and drops them on my s**g carpet, she only eats the food in the middle of the dog dish, and she wants fresh water!!! But she is the most loyal and loving dog we have ever had. She also great with other dogs. She weighed 70 lbs last month so we figure she is about 73 lbs now.”

Little Lucky got to stay Lucky when he went to his new home! Here’s the update from his new family:

“He is absolutely amazing. He is so smart and a gentle giant. Lucky and my daughter are the best of friends. He loves playing at the dog park with other friends. Lucky is getting a pup cake tonight for his birthday. 😁 Thank you for giving us our wonderful new family member. Happy Birthday Mr Lucky!!!
Oh and he weighs 89 pounds, the last time he was weighed last month.”

We’ve had the privilege of staying in contact with Axel’s (Jean-luc) family throughout the last year, very regularly. It really helped our family with missing all those sweet puppies! Here’s what she had to say about him:

We’ll start with Mack, as he’s the puppy that our family kept. He is one the un-furnished puppies (which means no regular grooming, but he does shed). He’s incredibly sweet, playful, and loyal! He’s also a bit if an “old man” and loves his 9:00 bed time. Anything after that and he’ll out himself to bed! Lol. We’re waiting for his 1year appt, but we estimate him to be around 90 pounds. We couldn’t imagine our home without our “Macky Boy”, “Macky-Poo”, “Mackleton James Junior the Third”

Happy birthday to our very first litter of puppies! It’s so hard to believe that a whole year has passed since they were born. Enjoy some uodates and updates pictures!

***We’re hoping to have another litter in spring of 2025. We wanted to give Remi (mom) ample time to heal between litters While she did wonderfully during her pregnancy and delivery, it easily took 6+ months before we felt like we fully had her back to “normal”. We want to be very Intentional to listen to her body and give her the time she needs in between and believe she should be good to go for the spring!
