Hello Kansas City! We're taking our "show" on the road and will be at The City Market - Kansas City this Saturday August 22nd. We're looking forward to meeting all the great people of KC and show why the elk is Gods greatest creature. We will have product samples!

We have fresh frozen elk meat cuts, summer sausage, jerky, snack sticks, antler dog chews, and more. PLUS pastured pork products, non-GMO eggs, and non-GMO whole chicken. All from our farm near Lebanon MO!

- Elk is one of the healthiest proteins there is.
- Elk is mild in flavor; NOT like whitetail venison.
- Antler dog chews are good for your puppy, lasts a long time, and do not splinter

The bulls are starting to peel and bugel (and fight 😡). This is a very stressful couple of weeks until we get the trophies shipped and the rest cut.

Note: our last post from the ranch received a lot of haters that seem to find joy in demeaning what we love to do for a living. I cant even comprehend the type of person that does that. So if you find it necessary to be hateful just know we will NOT engage; just block you and remove your post.

🦌HELP US NAME OUR NEWEST LITTLE TROUBLEMAKER! 🍼

Meet our bottle-baby elk heifer calf! She’s one month old. Her mama abandoned her at birth, so she’s being bottle-raised—and it didn’t take long for her personality to come out. 😂 We’ve never had a bottle baby give us so many headaches. From formula intolerance to multiple enemas, to her ‘anxiety’ issues, it’s been a long sleepless battle. But praise the Lord we think we’ve turned the corner. So, time for a permanent name; up to now just calling her Baby Girl.

She’s stubborn, a complete handful, and has already decided exactly how things are going to work around here. She prefers Dad for bottle duty and has made it VERY clear that Mom is absolutely NOT authorized for certain… personal-care responsibilities. 💩💩🤣

So naturally, she needs a name that fits her personality!
Her mom was a white elk heifer. Her dad one of our up-and-coming 2yr breeder named Ramses.

What should we name her?

1. Baby Girl. Were used to it
2. Bailey. Never had this name.
3. Shi’Thead. No explanation needed.
4. Princess. because that’s what she thinks she is.
5. Ruby.
6. Other??

A couple of our 2 yr old bulls we'll be keeping an eye on as future breeder prospects. One of these guys may even get lucky with the heifers this fall. 😉

- $8/lb hanging weight plus processing how you want it
- We deliver to Zimmermans; you pick up in Summersville or Marshfield
