We are dedicated in providing quality USDA approved elk meat products, antler dog chews, and superior genetic breeding stock and trophy bulls.

In 2009 we began our adventure into the world of elk ranching with our 230 acre hunting preserve in Gilman, WI. The majesty of the elk, red deer, and white tail deer had us hooked. After a few years of guiding hunts we felt we needed to create our own reliable source for animals. In 2012 we started our breeding facility with our first 2 year old cow LuLu. That year we added 6 more cows and a breed

er bull, Thor. We then began our venture into the retail sale of elk meat and products. Our goal is to provide high quality, drug/hormone free, healthy meat that tastes great too. In 2014 we completed construction of our handling facility and hay/feed storage barn. Today we have 26 breeder cows including our prize white cow, Sugar. We have several breeder bulls including Nugget and Sunray with multiple young bulls with top quality genetic backgrounds. Our genetics come from some of the highest quality backgrounds in the United States and Canada including X-Ray, Korean Gold, Bucci, Undeniable, Imperious, and Garmadon.

Update from the farm. Bulls are coming along nicely. Calving in full swing. 10 babies so far including one set of twins. They're not out of the woods yet but things improving.

First calf of the year! Only 36 more to go. Its a boy! Born to our favorite and oldest white cow Sugar. She gives us the first calf almost every year. Now the fun and games begin.

Are you a book lover? You should come out to Farmers Market of the Ozarks tomorrow for our biannual Lit-Fest! We've invited seven local authors to set up with us, PLUS we'll have lots of "lit" adventures such as DIY blackout poetry, reading stories to a real baby goose, family story time, and FREE USED BOOKS for everyone who shows up (while supplies last). It's going to be Lit(erature)!

Currently we will be offering:

All these products are also available at Farmers Market of the Ozarks on Saturdays but our website will not offer frozen elk meat cuts at this time. You can order those like always by sending us a message or email.
