Aww a new chapter for Mr. Bear now. 💜 He went to his new farm today. We will miss him and he will be so happy guarding chickens again.

Everything comes to an end eventually. Our chicken farm is no more. 😌 We are preparing for a possible move and sold the chickens to a great family who took them all and will be free ranging them. Thanks for being my customers for eggs and loving my pics of my chickens. I’ll miss them!

Trying to encourage mama to sit on the rest and let everyone hatch and she is determined to mama this chick. I did put her back in the nest with water and food. Hoping she will stay in there just a little longer 🤞🏻

On our back deck, this hen took an old box we used for wood and paper for fire starters as her personal nesting box. Each day she lays a light blue egg in there for us. :)
