Hello everyone! I just wanted to share that for the first time in a long time - my schedule has opened up a little which allows me to take on a few new clients. So I’m looking to add roughly 5 new small dog clients (~25lbs and under) ☺️. The best way to schedule an appointment is to call/text as I actually do not use social media too often. Happy Monday!

Happy Holidays everyone!!! As many of you know, I run my dogs in agility. My club that I train at is hosting its annual holiday show this weekend. Each year they generously donate the money from this show to local pet charities, this year it’s Brindle Posse Rescue & Rochester Hope for Pets. There is an auction for 5 different beautifully handmade trees by my very talented agility teacher 🎄 All info is in the post as well as the link to make a bid if you’re inclined. If any of my clients win, I’ll personally make sure to get the goods to you.

WEEEE!!! Our Holiday Give Back UKI Show is almost here (Dec 13-14th) and the elves have been busy, below is just a teaser of what is to come.

Next week, we will post more photos of the goods and open up bidding for the items. You do not have to be present to win, we will reach out to winners.

We are supporting two wonderful organizations—Rochester Hope for Pets and Brindle Posse.

You can still join us at the show as well if you would like to enter reach out to me and I will get you in the show.

All Mulligan run money, mom's cookies money, all raffle money as well as net proceeds from this show will go to these organizations.

So many of my clients ask me what I do with my dogs when I leave for vacation. My answer is, and always will be, Tuxedo's K9 Training Camp. I trust them thoroughly and know without a doubt they are in the best care. I can watch them on video when I want and a person is ALWAYS there. Nothing says a great vacation like peace of mind when it comes to my dogs. It’s clean, the staff is 💯 and when I pick up Truffle & Fig they are tired and happy. I don’t need unecessary bells and whistles if all the ACTUAL important things aren’t there… I can’t stress enough what 24 hour staffing means to me. 💜💜💜 thank you again Mark!!

TODAY'S THE DAY!!!!

We are as excited as you are! We open at 7 PM tonight for our first overnight shift! It's going to be overwhelming, wonderful, and a little scary! We want to give everyone a couple of reminders to make sure every pet has the smoothest journey with us:

1) We are a lot smaller than VSES was, and smaller than most of the other emergency facilities in the surrounding areas. We will not have the capacity to see every pet. Like a human ER, we will need to prioritize the most critical cases. You may get redirected to another emergency facility. That brings us to:

2) Please call ahead if possible. We can help you assess your pet's situation and determine if we have the capacity to provide the care they might need. We can also collect your information and begin to check your pet in, making it easier for you when you arrive.

3) We will be open for emergencies NIGHTS and WEEKENDS only. The wonderful Animal Hospital of Rochester is providing us with a space to work, but they are maintaining their general practice in the space during the day. Animal Hospital of Rochester is a separate organization, and is not taking emergency patients during their hours.

4) Our staff truly cares about the pets we treat and the Rochester Community. Emergency care is stressful for everyone involved. Please treat our staff with kindness and respect, especially as we get through the hiccups to get the hospital up and running. We promise to treat you and your pets with compassion and the best care we can provide 🐾
