To all new clients inquiring about grooming services:

I cannot give an accurate price quote without knowing your dog’s correct weight, coat condition, and whether there are any behavioral concerns during grooming. These things directly affect the time, handling, and care your pet requires.

(If you're unsure of your pets weight, it should be listed on the paperwork from their most recent veterinary exam).

Every dog is different, and I’d rather give you an honest estimate than a misleading price that changes at appointment time.

Also, blocking a groomer for asking these questions is not the way to get your dog groomed — or receive a referral to another trusted groomer. These questions are standard and are asked to ensure your pet is scheduled appropriately and cared for SAFELY.
