In the Spirit of Love, will you be my Valentine?
Spirit is anxiously awaiting her furever Valentine. She is a 3 month old Mastiff/Collie mix. She is a little spitfire full of personality and needs an active household. Spirit has no problem vocalizing when she is not happy or is very excited and loves to talk back. Her ideal valentine will have experience with large breeds and another dog in the home so she can continue to learn appropriate play. Her adoption fee is $175. I would like to thank everyone who has taken the time to share posts and are interested in adopting the puppies currently available. As a new rescue, it is so appreciated to see the support I am receiving. I’d also like to take this time to let everyone know, I am a single individual volunteering my time and efforts to do this. I have a full time job, dogs of my own, and all of life’s other obligations. I ask for understanding and patience on response times. I understand the possibility of adding a new fur baby to your family is exciting and I hope to be able to make it a positive experience. I have had several inquiries specifically for Tigger and I am so happy to see he is so wanted. Fleetwood Canine Rescue’s philosophy is a thorough adoption process will help ensure the dog’s adopters will be their permanent furever home. I plan to take the time tonight to respond to everyone’s email and get applications sent out. I will take applications for Tigger and Spirit until Saturday morning and make contact with those for possible home visits with the hope for them to be placed in their homes next week. Spirit and Tigger are 11 week old Mastiff/collie mix puppies looking for their forever home. They will be large dogs. They have received a healthy report from the vet, 2 rounds of distemper/parvo vaccinations, Bordetella, and dewormer. They will be sent home with 2 more rounds of dewormer. When of age, they will be required to be fixed. They are not housetrained. Their adoption fee is $125. A home visit is required for approval.
