🐾 Happy Tails 🐾
Ulfrich (fka Auggie) LOVES to snuggle, whether with his people, his canine sister Althea, or his kitty buddies (especially Potato.) He has unbelievable amounts of energy, and is always eager to run in the yard or go for hikes. He loves to chew and shred, and we are working hard on teaching him to make good choices about WHAT he chews up. (We’ve lost a few pairs of footwear and a few area rugs over the course of the year.)
Ulfrich was very timid when he came to us. He spent his first month on the sofa and afraid to drink from a water dish unless we sat behind him and held it up. It took a few months, but he now embraces us as his people, knows and (mostly) follows many commands, and is even comfortable enough to greet strangers when they arrive at the house.
He does silly vertical leaps as his happy dance when being fed. And he LOVES to tease Althea by stealing her favorite ball and acting as though it is the best plaything in the world in front of her. We love our silly boy and thank you for caring for him until we could find each other.
