IL Fiorello Olive Oil is a family-owned artisan olive oil company owned by Ann and Mark Sievers. Fiorello, meaning little flower in Italian, is Ann's maiden name. At IL Fiorello, we believe in local, well-made products, and support our surrounding community of winemakers and produce stands. We make our olive oil from organic olive trees that grow on two different properties. We also mill other oli

ves for clients with our commercial-grade olive mill and offer opportunities for individuals with small amounts of olives to mill with us on community milling day in October & November. IL Fiorello's tasting room is open daily at 11am, 1pm, 3pm. Please give us a call to come to taste our artisan oil, have a tour of the property and mill, or book private events, cooking classes, and more.
