🌿✨ Volunteer Day at Marin Stables – Let’s Pull Some Broom! ✨🌿
Join Marin Stables and our friends at Marin Water (MMWD) for a fun morning of habitat restoration!
🗓 Saturday, April 19th
📍 Marin Stables Parking Lot
⏰ Starts at 9:00 AM – Lunch around Noon
Help us pull invasive broom from the trails we love, then kick back with a complimentary lunch at the stables!
👕 What to Wear:
Long pants, long sleeves, and sturdy hiking shoes.
🧤 What’s Provided:
Tools, gloves, water, and lunch (for registered volunteers only!)
🌦 We work in light rain – come prepared for variable weather and bring a refillable water bottle.
👨👩👧👦 Family-Friendly!
Great for ages 8 and up (under 16 must be with an adult). Volunteers under 18 must have a signed Volunteer Service Agreement from a parent/guardian.

🚗 Directions from Sir Francis Drake Blvd:
From downtown Fairfax, take Bolinas-Fairfax Rd. Less than a mile in, turn left onto Porteous Ave and follow it, keeping right at all forks (Porteous Ave → Wood Ln) to reach the Marin Stables parking lot.
👉 Drive slowly – the road is narrow and residential.
