One of my systems refuses to grow Stoney corals. Did an Oceamo test back in late August and I believe some old dry rock I had is leeching praziquantel. I have a feeling it is disrupting the biome. Anyone know what level of Prazi is going to start damaging coral? Is .197 a detrimental level??? Andre Mueller

Such a bad rap!! Emerald crabs like this one here are often accused of damaging or “eating” acros. Here is a perfect example of why that is typically false. This particular acro was in a different system and had burnt tips with a little bit of algae growing on those burnt tips. The crab climbed the acro to get to that algae. Not harming the acro one bit. But to the standard eye this would appear to be an “acro eating emerald crab” I think they are 95% falsely accused!
