Sif is available for adoption.

This little corn snake has got quite an attitude. I think with some handling, he will calm down. But if you're new to snakes, this is not the snake for you. He coils up like a fierce cobra and even rattles his tail. It's all show though. He's just scared and being defensive. Once I get him out, I can handle him. Getting him out can be difficult, though so he's going to need somebody who has patience and is not afraid of either wearing gloves to be bit or being bit a bit. He's got a tiny mouth, so the bites don't really hurt. But they can be a bit startling.

I'm also happy to keep this guy until he finds the right home.

Today was vet check day for the Slithery Surprise!

It looks like everyone is a boy!!

Only managed to collect one f***l sample today; of course, it was the sassy Sif who decided to p**p all over the vet!

Hopefully, I'll be able to collect samples from the rest of them to get sent off soon enough.

This is Freya. She's definitely showing some personality and seems to be out and about more often these days.

She currently has an approved adoption application on file and is just waiting to clear her vet check this week after which time she will go on a road trip to live at her new home.

She is the tiniest snake in the Slithery Surprise surprise.

Adoptions for the Slithery Surprise are live again. Vet appointments are next week and I expect them all to be declared healthy and fit to go to new homes.

We have four snakes up for adoption, although Sif is currently on hold and one of the Ball Pythons has likely found a home as well too.

Two trips to fedex today and now my two boarder snakes are happy in their own enclosures and warming back up after getting chilled a bit. It's been unseasonably cold today, and the sign at the airport said it was 46F when I pick these two up.
