Did you know that we are a drop off point for donations for Arctic Paws Animal Rescue and Golden Heart Animal Rescue?

Any food, treats, toys, litter, and other supplies you’d like to donate, can be dropped off at our Fairbanks and Eielson AFB locations.

We also sell stickers and other items for our local rescues: Best Friends Animal Rescue, Arctic German Shepherd Rescue, Arctic Paws & Golden Heart Animal Rescue. Cash donations can also directly be made to whichever rescue you’d like to support.

🌏 Vacation Announcement!

Ken, Emil, and I are heading out for a month-long vacation to visit family and have some fun in Asia! ✈️
Our 𝐄𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐬𝐨𝐧 location will continue operating with normal hours and will not be affected.

For our 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬 location, we’ll have adjusted hours while we’re away:
✅ 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧: Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday (regular business hours)
❌ 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝: Tuesday & Wednesday

These adjusted hours will be in effect from 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟓𝐭𝐡.

Hey everyone! 🐶🐱
We’ve made a big decision — we’re replacing 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐦 with 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞'𝐬 𝐋𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜 dog and cat food!

This switch feels like a no-brainer for us because Nature’s Logic aligns so much better with our core values. It contains 𝐳𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐬𝐲𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬, uses high-quality ingredients, and is priced very similarly to Open Farm. Plus, they offer way more unique flavors!
We’re super excited, but we’re not big enough yet to bring in every single flavor. So we need your help!

Hey everyone ❤️

We wanted to share a couple updates with you and, more importantly, say thank you.

We’ve noticed that some of the specialty brands we’ve worked hard to bring to the Fairbanks area are now more widely available. Because of this, we’ve made the decision to take down our online store.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We’ll still keep our mushing order list and raw food preorders active on the site. You can still order anytime by emailing us at [email protected], texting, or calling (907) 371-3881. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to check whether something you’d like is in stock. You can also order and schedule a pickup — for mushers, we’re happy to meet at Ivory Jacks Mondays–Thursdays after 6:30 PM.

We work really hard to keep our prices as low as we possibly can without putting ourselves under. Your support means everything to us. Without you, we simply wouldn’t be here.

Every like, comment, share, and review on Google or Facebook makes a massive difference for a small business like ours. These actions truly help us grow and continue serving our local community.

We’re not quite ready to move into a bigger location yet, but that’s the goal, and we’re excited about the future. After our vacation, we’ll be back out doing more bazaars and events so we can see you all in person again!

I’ve been using this litter for my own cat, Esra, for the last two months and I’m genuinely impressed. It’s so much less dusty than other litters, and the tracking is minimal compared to what I was dealing with before. I used to use World’s Best Cat Litter, and it would end up all over the floor. This walnut litter stays where it belongs much better!

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫. Walnut litter lasts much longer, doesn’t get stinky or sticky like clay does, and keeps the box fresher for weeks. It clumps beautifully without turning into heavy, smelly sludge.
Esra is 100% raw (freeze-dried) fed, so her p*e has almost no smell at all (unlike kibble-fed cats whose urine smells strongly of ammonia). Her p**p doesn’t stink either. Even with her low-odor waste, this litter still does an excellent job controlling any scent and keeping the box fresh.

I’m using it in a stainless steel litter box with a step in the front that catches any stray pieces, and even with that setup, there’s barely any mess inside that step.

🦴 Raw Food Preorder Alert 🦴
Hey everyone! This month’s raw food preorder is happening a little sooner than usual because we’re heading out on a month-long vacation. Don’t worry — the store will still be open with adjusted hours (we’ll share those details in a separate post soon). The Eielson AFB location hours will NOT be affected.

Because we’ll be gone for a while, we want to make sure you and your pets are well stocked up! This is a great opportunity to load up on your favorites so you don’t run short while we’re away.
✅ Preorders take about 2 weeks to arrive
✅ You’ll be added to our text group for arrival updates
✅ Please try to pick up your order as soon as possible once it arrives

Important note: The next preorder won’t be until the end of June at the earliest.
If you need us to hold any items we don’t normally carry, just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to make it happen for you.
