We call this photo "Pick your battles". My puppy decided that he really loves chewing on this random rubber brush. I could have traded him for something else, however he seemed to really love gnawing on this brush. I shrugged, looked at the family and said, "that's his chew brush now." He still loves that thing to this day. There are very few things that are not edible that he chews on, this is one of them. Always under supervision and he does not break pieces off and never ingests it so I decided to pick my battles. He was quiet and occupied and I was okay with that.

Sitting here thinking of all the animals I have worked with over the years. When I do the math I can safely say I have held, rocked, sang to, made voices for, mourned, advocated for and loved tens of thousands of dogs and cats. These two are a couple of my absolute faves. Jodi and Harold, my babies.
