The Doggie Lodge Story

My love for animals started from a very young age. I grew up in a house full of animals and through my life always volunteered at animal shelters. This was simply because I was so passionate about helping and being around animals! Fast forward to the present, my husband and I decided to purchase our first family dog, Sparky. Sparky had many health issues however was our bab

y and lived a full life until he was 10. My husband took his passing the hardest as it was his first pet and getting another family dog wasn't going to be an option for a while because of this. Months passed and Boris mentioned to me that I should sit our friend's dogs while they were away for travel. That's when the idea hit me. I could board and spend time with animals on a daily basis turning my passion in a viable career. There "The Doggie Lodge" was born. The Doggie Lodge is a pet sitting company that is Bonded, Insured and Pet CPR Certified. We offer professional pet sitting and dog walking services in addition to in home boarding. Our professional pet sitters are detail oriented, caring and always put the needs and preferences of the animal and pet owners paramount during their stay. We're happy to alleviate the stress of pet care during times of travel extended times away from home.
