Purina Diets Update

We are no longer carrying the Purina Diets. If you would like your pet to remain on the Purina Diet, there are several options for ordering. You can order direct from Purina, our online pharmacy (Covetrus) or Chewy.com. Remember to always check out the Autoship option to save money. You can cancel at any time. Any requested prescription diets will come through the portal for authorization.

MICROCHIP EMAIL

Pacific Crest Companion Animal use the Home Again Microchip and we register the pet on your behalf. The email is regarding the Save This Life Microchip.

A hospital wide mass email was sent out to clients via AllyDVM. Since this is a nationwide microchipping company an email went out on behalf of all PetVet hospitals. Some clients might have received a chip somewhere else other than our hospital, or before they became a client of our hospital.

If you received a Save This Life Microchip, to prevent any issues if their pet ever goes missing, re-register their pet’s microchip number as soon as possible at www.freepetchipregistry.com.

The AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup site searches many of the leading pet microchip registries to aid in pet recovery by showing the user which registries have microchip registrations for a particular microchip ID.
