What do you do when there is one puppy left, boyfriend is away on work, and your best friend is in town? Girls night out with beer and pizza of course. Poppy was so stinking cute wanting to say hi to everyone, giving little kids kisses, and she loved getting all the attention.

Ursa left for Montana today. We're jealous of her future digs up north and wonderful new family, complete with a big sister Bergamasco who will show her the ropes. Of course we played with her non stop yesterday and took a ton of pictures - mostly I tried to get all five dogs in one picture with lots of bribery and funny noises, hilarity ensued. Still editing a few more. Pups are 11 weeks old, so big, and so independent these days. Really proud of these guys and the little love bugs they've become. Love them all.

It's been harder to post photos frequently because we have a serious case of the wiggle butts over here and most pictures are blurry. They are 10 weeks old today and somehow cuter than ever. They play more and get more time outside exploring with mom and dad. The past two days we've had a mini heatwave. For or climate 85 degrees is hot! So we've been bobbing for tennis balls, getting used to a baby pool, and mostly playing on the cool covered porch.

Puppies are 8 weeks already! They love playing in the yard with Mom and Dad and they just discovered how fun digging in ...

Puppies are 8 weeks already! They love playing in the yard with Mom and Dad and they just discovered how fun digging in planters can be (luckily I haven't planted anything yet this year). They get their first vaccinations later this week and then they'll start learning more about traveling in cars and the world outside our little house on the hill.
