Dear Valued Customers,
It is with a heavy heart that I am writing to inform you that The Doodle Spaw will be closing its doors in the coming week on April 5. My husband and I have made the exciting decision to relocate to out of state, where we are in the process of purchasing a dog grooming and boarding business.

This move, while thrilling for us, unfortunately necessitates the immediate closure of my current business here. Selling our house is a key part of this transition, and therefore, I must cease grooming services. Our house will be listed in the next couple weeks.

If you have appointments scheduled after that date (of April 5) they are cancelled, and I am so sorry about that.

I understand that finding a new groomer can be stressful, and I wanted to make this transition as smooth as possible for you and your beloved pets. I have taken the time to research and connect with local groomers who share my passion and dedication to animal care. I am delighted to recommend Jessica from GoodFur Grooming.

Jessica runs a wonderful home salon just a couple of blocks south of my current location, and she is currently accepting new clients. I have full confidence that she will provide your furry friends with the same level of care and attention they have received from me.

I want to express my sincere gratitude for your loyalty and trust. It has been an absolute pleasure to care for your pets and treat them as if they were my own. I have cherished the relationships built with both you and your animals.

Hello Ivy!

This sweet girl is a medium sized sheepadoodle. She has anxiety and has a hard time getting through long grooming appointments.

Her owner was looking for a styled groom and not a nose to toe strip. After asking questions about Ivy - I learned that she bites for her face and that she gets frustrated.

I used a 7/8 comb all over and teddy bear head. I did prep work before bath to reduce frustration.

Service took 2.5 hours.
